The 160 acre property was purchased by me, Greg Ellison in March of 2022. A lot of work has been done in the last three years, last year we had limited camping at our lake campsite. This season we are building our summer camp at the Drew creek campsite. The concept is groups of ten to twenty campers for five to seven days. The electricity is supplied by a solar system, with, starlink internet, cell phone service and direct TV...... Or not. Call to get a tour. We are remote, yet only 55 miles from the Medford Airport. It is an opportunity to experience the outdoors in total privacy, but comfortably and safely.
